Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your plants, please contact us with in 5 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo to document damage. If something is missing or lost, let us know. We can either refund or give you a credit on the next order. Due to paypal refund policies, we highly recommend the credit on the next order. (paypal keeps the fee regardless of refund)
