If you are dissatisfied with your plants, please contact us with in 5 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo to document damage. If something is missing or lost, let us know. Items that are not shipped with your order are shown on your packing slip with a line through them. Please send a photo of your packing slip with the refund We can either refund using the same method you used to pay, or give you a store credit which is automatically applied to your next order. Due to paypal refund policies, we highly recommend the credit on the next order. (paypal keeps the fee regardless of refund)
