We ship plants to our customers twice per year. One shipment is in the fall (end of October) and the second in the spring (end of March). Some items are not available in one or the other seasons due to dormancy or other reasons. The price quoted per plant includes the costs of international shipping, CITES, and phytosanitary treatments. We will charge you an additional amount for domestic shipping. Our domestic shipping prices are an estimate; we may come back and ask for additional monies if your costs were substantially more (>$10 over our estimate), or if you overpaid, refund excess fees (in excess of $5). Orders are mailed from California, and we send orders to California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Nevada via Priority USPS. All other orders are sent Priority Express USPS, or if the customer desires, UPS. Both the Priority Express and ups services provide  1-2 day deliveries and is by air. Alternative arrangements: Please contact us BEFORE finalizing your order regarding alternative shipping arrangements (e.g. pick up, FEDEX or UPS (to your account ONLY). We will charge you a shipping fee but will refund it when we receive your FEDEX or UPS account number. Note, we have a very good discount rate with all of the shipping methods above, which may be less expensive than using your own account. 

International shipments to the EU. The plants are shipped from Germany. Prices are inclusive of all import duties and fees. 

Shipments to Canada. These are handled by partner in Canada and are shipped to Canadian destinations from Montreal.
