Bulbophyllum medusae

Warm to hot growing, partial shade, moist, good air movement, allow to dry slightly between waterings. Best grown in baskets to display the flowers. 

Native to Thailand, Malaysia, Borneo, Lesser Sunda Islands and Sumatra

Absolutely spectacular when in bloom, but the flowers are quite short lived
