This species prefers intermediate-warm conditions, bright diffused light, and should be kept drier in the winter.
The flowers of this form are greenish yellow, with sepals somewhat inward facing. The petals and lip are smaller, similar in size, inward facing. Petals are greenish yellow and lip is yellowish white with red markings.
